No Battery

The pump arrived in a slightly battered box, probably due to the long journey. After removing the pump and assembling the various components, I put a little water into the tank to check its functionality.. Unfortunately, the water added immediately leaked out from the bottom of the Pump. At this point, I could either send the pump back or try to find a remedy.. To understand the problem, I removed the bottom of the pump and found the motor completely detached from its supports and with the inlet hose disconnected from the outlet and the outlet fitting loose. I had to reattach the motor to the casing, insert the outlet hose into the fitting located on the bottom of the tank, and screw the outlet fitting in tightly. Now the pump seems not to leak water.. I wonder what the person who installed this pump was thinking!! I hope that now everything can work for the best, we will understand it by using the pump for a little while! If it weren't for this SERIOUS problem, as a result of which I can only give one star, the pump seems to be built decently and with components and materials aligned with the requested price.
