Automotive relays built into a fuse socket with 30A blade fuse included, no need for a separate fuse holder, saving space and money. Heavy-duty 14AWG wires for main contact
Relay sockets come with color-coded wires for convenient wiring of loads/accessories. Black - Ground (85), Red - VDC (30), White - Trigger (86), Blue - N/O Output (87)
The nested design of a unique male-female slot on each socket edge, easy to connect all relays together, providing a clean and neat installation
12V DC (Max 14V DC) and 30A High switching capacity. Bosch style 5 pin SPST (single pole single pole) relay. Metal mounting bracket on the electrical relay makes it easy to install
Wide range of use, widely used for car lights, fog lights, wipers, starter, fans, speakers, traction control systems, etc.
Description
Some automotive devices like bell cranks, starters, and headlights need a lot of current to operate .
If the working voltage is very high, it is easy to cause electric shock to operators.
If the working current is large, will generate a lot of heat for br Switch switch.
Automotive relay is an electronic control device, usually used in automatic control circuit.
It is actually a "switch automatic" which controls a large current through a small current.
Application:
Suitable for all automobiles and devices equipped with a source 12 volt DC power supply.
Used in work lights, fog lights, starter, wipers, fans, speakers, central locking, alarm , electric windows, etc.
Instruction of relays and harness sockets:
-85: connected to chassis ground. Serves as a common ground connection to energize and magnetize the internal coil.
-86: Connected to a positive 12V DC input. This is where a switch connected to a 12V DC input will be connected to the relay.
When power is sent to the relay via pin 86, the circuit is completed with pin 85 connected to a common ground, which energizes and magnetizes the internal coil.
-87: Normally open contact, also called NO. The connection between the pin 87 and pin 30 is realized only when the internal coil is energized or magnetized.
-30: Common contact that can be connected to a 12V DC power input or to the chassis connected to the ground depending on the desired application.
