When using manual (M) mode, please set the shutter speed to 1/250 second or slower. Exceeding this may result in black bars or shadows in the image due to poor synchronization with the shutter. For faster shutter speeds (1/250 second or faster), please switch to TTL mode which supports HSS (maximum 1/8000 second). Also, the latest firmware has improved the screen lock function, and it is now unlocked by long-pressing the "SET" button. This is effective in preventing accidental operation. The latest firmware can be downloaded from the Godox official website. The included USB cable is for charging only and cannot be used for firmware updates.
