The UM-ONE mk2 is a USB MIDI interface with an integrated cable that allows you to simply connect a computer to a MIDI device. MIDI keyboards, electronic pianos, MIDI sound sources, etc. that are not equipped with a USB terminal can be connected to a computer. Also, in addition to Windows/Mac, the UM-ONE MK2 also supports connection to an iPad (*1). It is also useful for linking with iPad applications compatible with MIDI devices.

The UM-ONE mk2 is a 1IN/1OUT USB MIDI interface. The main unit has a simple design that integrates a USB cable and MIDI cable, and can be easily connected to a computer or MIDI device. Also, the FPT (Fast Processing Technology) method that Roland has cultivated is adopted. The low latency design enables more stable data transmission. It has a compact and lightweight design, is compatible with USB bus power, and has excellent portability.
Also, since UM-ONE MK2 is equipped with an LED indicator so that the transmission and reception of MIDI signals can be visually confirmed, it is possible to quickly investigate the cause in the event of trouble.
The UM-ONE mk2 also supports connecting to an iPad. By connecting to USB using the Apple Camera Connection Kit sold separately, it is possible to link with an iPad application compatible with MIDI devices. ※ iPad (first generation) cannot be used.
