I tried this silicone pot holder, but I must say it didn't convince me 100%. From the pictures it looked quite thick and resistant, but when it arrived home I realized it's rather thin. Although it's convenient to wash and nice to look at, it doesn't make me feel 'safe' when handling the oven, because the heat passes through too easily. If you are looking for something very protective, consider the thickness carefully before buying!
