How to choose the perfect size: With your arm relaxed and extended, measure the circumference of your forearm around the widest point and your bicep 10cm from your elbow with a tape measure. Select the size that fits within both ranges ① and ② on the size chart. If either your forearm or upper arm does not fall within the same size range, select the size where the wider measurement falls within the range. For example, if your forearm is 32cm and your lower upper arm is 40cm, your forearm will be in the M size range and your upper arm will be in the L or XL size range, so select L or XL. However, if you select XL, the lower limit of your upper arm is 40cm, so the size will be a little looser in terms of tightness.
