The entire stuffed animal is sewn crookedly! The head is misshapen instead of oval, leg crooked, wings of different heights simply not worth the price. The defects were reported to support with pictures (Aug/2nd) without result, without a satisfactory offer to the customer. Repeated inquiries remain unanswered. An acceptable compromise would be a reduction of the price in addition Bad customer service because simply and plainly there was no answer despite multiple email contact complaints.

It's very cute but I don't think it's original, IT DOESN'T EVEN HAVE THE LABEL, unlike the others that never arrived, the rainbow black ones. 3 ordered, never arrived and one small one was awful. Everything in the broken box with the head all crooked, sewn very badly and with the inscription POB MARK, I WOULD SAY OVERALL THAT I WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN

3 stars because it is not possible to scan the QR code to determine if it is original or not. This does not happen with the other Labubu I own. Unlike other reviews with photos, mine arrived without a plastic box but only inside a cardboard box with bubble wrap.. Aesthetically it is as described

Unfortunately, the head came off after 2 weeks. Since we were on vacation, I couldn't file a complaint within 30 days and now the deadline has passed... Too bad..!! In that case, the quality rating is not so great 👎🏼
