Kose Blend Berry Sparkle Creator Eyeliner

How to use:

As eyeliner:

At the beginning of use, rotate the shaft several times, pull it out about 2 mm, and draw along the lashes of the eyelashes. (It may break if the core is pulled out too much or too much force is applied.)

As eye color:

There is powder in the screw cap.
