How to use:

Shampoo the whole while drawing a circle to pull up the muscles of the scalp.

Massage the scalp from below as if massaging.

For the parietal area, which tends to be especially hard, massage the area around it before giving it a firm massage.

Finally, press the 'tenchu' (the recessed part of the collar) with your thumb.

Press the pressure point for about 3 seconds while gradually applying force, then slowly release your finger.
