How To Use

1. Draw eyeliner before using eyelashes curler and after applying eye shadow. 2. You can first use a pencil-type eyeliner to outline the perfect eyeliner, then refill it with liquid eyeliner. 3. The eyeliner can be applied 2 to 3 times, but it is best to depict the eye tail line at one time to ensure smooth lines.
