Honestly … don’t waste your money. This company essentially takes a thin, dollar store quality backpack only to iron on the decal & charge you $45.00 for it. When I received it, one of the zippers was busted right off and as much as I wanted to return it right then and there, my son was so excited.. so I let him take it to school. After ONE day of use he returned home upset because the other zipper broke right off too while he was opening it to take his lunch kit out. I attempted to fix the back pack only to realize that the zipper is made out of cheep plastic and spray painted to appear metal. Which brings me to my next issue.. this so called “lunch kit” that they send is pathetic.. you can barely fit the length of a banana in there .. there’s no insulation, again it’s a thin sheet of fabric with the decal ironed on.. I would like to atleast be able to give them a decent review on their pencil case, but I can’t even do that… You have to force your pencils in to actually fit, the size of it is tiny. I wish I was kidding but I’m genuinely not … please don’t waste your hard earned money buying these products and getting your kids excited… HUGE disappointment for my son and I but valuable lesson learned on my end.
