If the packaging is torn or oily, please take a photo of the product and its packaging and contact us immediately. One size fits all: There is an adjuster on the inside of the back of the head, so you can freely adjust the size to fit your head. Because it is made of heat-resistant fiber, you can use an iron or hair dryer up to 180°C, but please be careful not to exceed 180°C.
