This diorama base recreates part of the flight deck of the Imperial Japanese Navy's Yamato-class battleships. You can choose to build either the Yamato or Musashi battleships on either the starboard or port side.
It includes a Kure Type 2 Type 5 launcher, a floatplane transport cart, two single-float aircraft runways, and one twin-float aircraft runway, allowing you to display multiple aircraft, including Zeros and three-seat floatplanes.
It can be combined with the separately sold "FDD012, 1/144 IJN Yamato-class Seaplane Flight Deck Expansion Kit."
This product is a laser-cut papercraft. Made from thick, high-density paper, it provides excellent strength after assembly.
The parts are designed with tenons and positioning holes for easy and precise assembly, making it possible for intermediate-level construction skills to build this model.
The laser-cut sections may be stained with soot; if this occurs, please clean it off before assembly.
