You'll forget someday.
Around a thousand years ago, the Emerald Tower, which held the world together, shattered.
Since then, countless invisible boundaries have been drawn across the land, dividing it into countless realms. Each divided land breathes its own life, revealing its own dreams. Crossing a border lands you're in a different country. The landscape, the seasons, the people, towns, and cultures that grew there—perhaps even the passage of time—are no longer uniform.
The realms are constantly changing. Even if there were a map, it would quickly become outdated. Most people choose places that change relatively slowly, building villages and towns and settling down, but there are also those who travel this world.
Players take on the role of one such travelling duo: a Witch and her Companion. The dreams of the earth and people weave magic, showing the duo many amazing sights, encounters, and memories.
And these memories serve as fuel for magic. Witches bring about magic that could be called miraculous, and can greatly shake up the world and the story - in exchange for their own memories.
And so, surely, one day you will forget. Your hometown, the encounters you had, the daily events of your journey. And this story.
