These mitts are used as part of a set with large mitts, boxing mitts, punching bags, and other equipment for Karate, Taekwondo, kickboxing, and Muay Thai training. The mitt has two layers, so a clean hit will produce a light sound. Focusing on speed and weight transfer rather than hitting with force will result in a better hit. The included wrist slap provides a powerful, elastic grip to prevent the kick pad from falling. The receiver should secure their wrist with the string at the end to prevent the mitt from coming off due to impact.
The Double Kicking Pad consists of two target leaves. This double side target is a great product for practicing high and low kicks, improving speed, accuracy and strength.
