This is not the item I ordered. I have received a 12l toaster oven, my order was for a 22l mini oven. Can someone please advise. This product does not conform with British usage or standards, ie, the plug is very miniature, ideal if your child has a dolls house. Joom are saying I've gone past their 15 day period of requesting a refund, but their policy states 30 days, to which I qualify for a refund. The only reason for the delay is I have been in hospital. Can I request a full refund please as the appliance is not compatible for British use
