[Story] In the beautiful Ise-Shima region,

One day, a boy named Aizawa Toru, who recently lost his mother in a traffic accident, finds a mysterious egg on the beach.

The moment he picks it up, the egg cracks, and a tiny creature resembling a turtle emerges.

Toru names the creature "Toto" and decides to keep it as a pet, without telling his father, Kosuke.

However, Toto, who breathes fire, flies through the air, and grows at an astonishing rate, is clearly not a normal creature.

His childhood friend, Mai Nishio, worries that Toto might be the monster Gamera. Amidst all this, a giant, ferocious creature named Zidas appears. This film was made to commemorate 40 years of the Heisei Gamera era. It is a moving fantasy that focuses on the relationship between Gamera and a boy, depicting his growth as he grows.
