[Story] Fuuto, the windy city. Behind this seemingly peaceful city, strange crimes are rampant. "Dopants"... When a human is inserted with a USB-drive-like "Gaia Memory," they transform into superhumans. The police are powerless against the bizarre incidents caused by the Dopants. In this city full of conspiracies, these two are the only ones who can release the sadness! Hidari Shotaro is a self-proclaimed "half-boiled" man who calls himself a hard-boiled detective. Philip is a mysterious demonic boy who possesses the "memories of Earth" in his brain. By inserting the Gaia Memory into their transformation belts, the "Double Driver," the two transform into Kamen Rider Double! This detective duo will face numerous cases to protect Fuuto.
