Dear Customer Service, The product I received is not the same as the one shown and promised during the ordering process. The delivered item has no real similarity to what was advertised. The left-side impeller does not rotate at all, making it completely useless. The right-side brush is just a simple, weak brush that barely moves and provides no effective cleaning. Overall, the product is far from what your listing claimed. Based on this, the item appears to be a complete scam, and I cannot recommend it to anyone.

It doesn't do what it promises. The left part with the impeller doesn't turn on its own and I have to turn the lid onto the impeller myself to remove the coffee grounds. Also, the little brushes it has next to it, although they spin, clean only half the coffee residue, even at maximum intensity. I do not recommend it, bad quality.
