How to Use Dispense an appropriate amount into your hand and gently apply evenly to your face and body. (Approximate amount: approximately 1cm diameter for the face; adjust accordingly for the body.) Apply small amounts in several doses. Using too little will result in insufficient UV protection. To maintain sunscreen effectiveness, reapply after wiping off sweat.
