How to Use

・Apply as you would with mascara before applying mascara. ・When first using, thoroughly coat the brush with primer. - Apply the mascara by lifting the lashes from the root to the tip. - For the lower lashes, hold the brush upright and use the tip to apply. *After the above steps, allow the base to dry before applying your mascara. *The black areas are fibers. <How to Remove> ●To remove the mascara, we recommend using an eye makeup remover.
