How to Use

<How to Use> 1. Curl your lashes with the Curner (eyelash curler). 2. Place the comb at the base of your lashes and lift them toward the tips, lifting them as you apply. - When using as a mascara base, allow it to dry before applying your mascara. - When using as a top coat, apply after your mascara. - To remove, we recommend using an eye makeup remover.
