[Explanation] A miraculous story has been born, depicting the origins of Kamen Rider Ghost and Kamen Rider Drive! The seventh installment in the MOVIE War series has been combined from the previous three-part series into one story, with characters from both riders appearing together. The riders will be taking on the greatest genius of the century!? Feelings that transcend time and space, past and present, now awaken hope for the future!

[Story] Shinnosuke and Kiriko begin a secret investigation into the battle with the Ganma, treating it as a "paranormal phenomenon." They head to the scene to find Akari and Onari, who have been spotted at the crime scene. There, they spot Takeru fighting the Ganma! After an unexpected encounter, Takeru and Shinnosuke are caught up in a sudden distortion in space-time and transported back in time 10 years. Appearing before them are Takeru's late father, Ryu, and Takeru himself as a child. They also encounter Belt, a character from before he met Shinnosuke... Meanwhile, the Roidmudes, who were supposed to have been extinct in the present day due to the two being sent back in time, are revived. If Takeru and Shinnosuke do not return to the present day, they will take over the whole world! Knowing that his father will be killed, Takeru decides to stay in the past and save his father. Without realizing that this was a trap set by the "greatest genius of the century, Leonardo da Vinci"...
