[Story] Dominic (Vin Diesel), a skilled driver, is wanted for robbing trailers. After fleeing LA, he continues to commit heists in South America with his girlfriend Letty and his buddies. However, an incident prompts him to seek revenge on a drug cartel and decides to return to LA. Meanwhile, FBI agent Brian (Paul Walker) is also pursuing the cartel. Brian infiltrates the cartel and learns that the boss is hosting a street race. Brian participates in the race, hoping to find a clue to his investigation, but he also finds Dominic, burning with revenge, there... Where is the drug lord? Who is Dominic seeking revenge on? And who is his true enemy?! When the destinies of these two people intersect at high speed, a rampage that will lead to an unexpected truth is about to begin.
