Introducing the Kiha 183 Series 1000, a popular D&S train in the Kumamoto area that offers a front-facing view!

This is a variation based on the A8262 (shipped July 2012). Improved with slim interior lighting, it can illuminate the observation deck.

The numerous "Kuro-chan (Aso Kuroemon)" illustrations are printed using a special print.

The body markings on each part are based on the post-inspection status in 2023, with their positions and dimensions revised based on actual vehicle data.

The color of each part has been revised.

The ventilator on the roof of the lead car has been partially removed.

The backrest of the "White Kuro-chan Seat," a pair of parent-child seats in car No. 3, is reproduced in three dimensions using a separate part.
