Product Introduction
This is the Arma Hobby "1/48 Hawker Hurricane Mk.2b Trop" plastic model kit.
The Mk.II was equipped with a more powerful Merlin XX engine, resulting in a nose extension of approximately 114 mm compared to the Mk.I and a larger radiator.
It was armed with twelve .303 caliber machine guns.
During the North African and Burmese fronts, improvements were made to the aircraft, including the installation of filters and a strengthened cooling system.
With a paint job designed to resist fading in strong sunlight, the aircraft was also known as the Trop (for tropical use).
The kit includes a paint mask sticker and three TechMod decals.
When completed, the overall length is approximately 204 mm and the overall width is approximately 254 mm.
