Brand Introduction
Fjällräven was founded in a small town called Övik in central Sweden. The name means "arctic fox." The founder, Åke Nordin, began his journey at the age of 14 when he decided to create his own trekking backpack. Frustrated with the discomfort of existing backpacks, he crafted one with a wooden frame. In 1960, he established Fjällräven to start producing outdoor equipment and clothing, which now features the iconic arctic fox logo recognized globally. For more than 60 years, Fjällräven has been committed to creating functional products for outdoor life, available in over 20 countries.
