Instead of the ordered size S, trousers of size L or XL arrived. The trousers are marked as S, but in reality they are huge. The complaint process is complicated, you can't do it normally by email, if you don't download the app (I don't want to, my phone is full), you can't communicate with the seller - they offer to send a form from the website, but the confirmation code doesn't work there. They will send it to you, you enter it into the form without delay, but it reports "incorrect code". Tried 6 times. Will never shop here again. Continuation - refund request: I applied properly within the 30-day period. I received a reply - sorry, we have too much to do, please wait. Now, after the 30 days have passed, it shows me that 30 days have already passed and I cannot request a refund. My refund request within the deadline is nowhere to be seen. For good measure, this order has completely disappeared from the mobile app, probably so I can no longer communicate about it. It's also not possible on the website, no chat, just a robot that repeats that 30 days have passed and you're out of luck.. If you do not refund my money by 15.4.2026, I will take legal action (I am a lawyer).
