It is a comprehensive cold medicine that alleviates various cold symptoms such as fever and sore throat. Features: -Caffeine-free, so it won't interfere with your child's sleep. -Contains xylitol, making it a sugar-free formula gentle on teeth even when taken before bedtime.-Strawberry flavor for easy drinking by children. Also contains no artificial colors for peace of mind.-Features a safety cap to prevent accidental ingestion by children.-Collaboration product featuring the popular children's character -Rilakkuma- on the packaging. Take three times daily after meals and before bedtime if necessary. You may take up to six times daily, but in such cases, please allow approximately 4 hours between doses. Age Single Dose 3 years and older but under 7 years: 8 mL 1 year and older but under 3 years: 6 mL 6 months and older but under 1 year:4.5 mL, 3 months to under 6 months: 4 mL, Under 3 months: Do not administer. Directions: Dosage-related precautions 1: Follow the prescribed dosage and administration. 2: When administering to children, do so under the guidance and supervision of a parent or guardian. 3: For infants under 2 years old, prioritize seeking medical consultation with a doctor; administer only when absolutely necessary.

Ingredients per 48ml dose: Acetaminophen 300mg Antipyretic/Analgesic: Chlorpheniramine maleate 2.5mg Antihistamine: dl-Methylephedrine hydrochloride 20mg Bronchodilator 1. Do not take this medicine if you fall into any of the following categories: [1] Individuals who have experienced allergic symptoms due to this medicine or any of its ingredients[2] Individuals who have experienced asthma after taking this medicine or other cold medicines, antipyretic analgesics. 2. While taking this medicine, do not use any of the following medicines: Other cold medicines, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, cough suppressants/expectorants, oral medicines containing antihistamines [nasal medicines, motion sickness medicines, allergy medicines, etc.]. 3.Do not operate vehicles or machinery after taking this medicine [Drowsiness may occur]. 4. Avoid alcohol before and after taking this medicine. 5. Do not use continuously for long periods.
