Shipping was lightning-fast, but that's where the positives end. I ordered the 24-inch model. I spent time assembling it, but just as my son was incredibly excited and about to take it for a spin, I realized they sent the wrong size (26 inches). The product information online is misleading, and the warehouse selection is careless. Instead of a happy kid test-riding his new gear, we ended up with huge disappointment. Very frustrating experience.

Unfortunately, the same thing happened to us as you often read... The description *also states* 24" tires/wheels..... What arrived were 26"... The boy is at school right now and thought there was a heater from Dad in the packaging that I should assemble..... Now this!!!!... If the manufacturer were here, I would have come by with the bike and they would have experienced the handyman in person!!! Let's see what customer service does now!!!!! After a good month, they have now decided to probably exchange the bicycle... However, it is too complicated for everyone involved to deliver the bicycle in 24" in a 26" box... Whether it's the seller or the support here.. NO ONE IS ABLE to think outside the box. My tip.... Tell the delivery person to wait and open the box immediately.... To possibly refuse acceptance. TEMU or Ali Express have 300% better and faster support. Every request is first answered in 5 days...or not.... I wish that no one ever buys here again, so that a bad provider is driven out of the market. Insolence
Hello, I ordered this bicycle in size 24 inches, but you sent me size 26 inches. What should I do in this case? Because I threw away the box.
