~Miki Yuseki~

Born in Kokura, Kitakyushu City in 1966. He began oil painting in junior high school. After entering high school, he studied under Kagyu Yamaguchi and switched to calligraphy. After graduating from university, he expanded his activities into the design field, creating calligraphy for CD packaging, sake label posters, and more. He currently explores the role of calligraphy in everyday Western spaces, as well as in Japanese spaces. He is working on contemporary calligraphy that is free-thinking and easy to understand, without being bound by conventional calligraphy.
