Doesn't scare them away🥺. Hoped and waited in vain. Ordered for a friend. Her upstairs neighbor feeds pigeons twice a day. They do their 💩 on her kitchen window. Hoped that finally the window would be washed after winter and 🕊️🕊️🕊️💩 would not be a problem, but it didn't happen.
