This is a plastic assembly kit of the Su-34 Fullback from the Hobby Boss 1/48 scale aircraft series.
This fighter-bomber was developed by Russia's Sukhoi Design Bureau as an advanced version of the Su-27.
Its first flight was in April 1990, and it was given the NATO codename Fullback.
Its distinctive design features a flat nose and a side-by-side cockpit, and 300 aircraft are planned for delivery to the Russian Air Force by 2022.
This large model measures 45.7cm long and 30.6cm wide when completed.
The aircraft is precisely and accurately modeled, with an especially detailed cockpit. It includes metal landing gear parts, synthetic rubber tires, over 680 parts, photo-etched parts, and a new mold.
