Directions: How to use: As a sunscreen: Shake well before use. Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply at least every two hours. Use a waterproof sunscreen if swimming or sweating. Sun Protection: Apply sunscreen with a broad spectrum SPF 15 or higher and other sunscreen ingredients regularly. Avoid outdoor activities during the day, especially between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Wear a long-sleeved shirt and long pants, and wear a hat and sunglasses. For infants under 6 months: Consult a doctor.
