I ordered white and I received cream. If I ordered white, it means that I need white. My bag I wanted to match this pair of sandals with (ordered also on Joom, by the way) is white. What should I do now? The colour is equally important. Don't get me wrong. The product is of good quality (this is why I took just one star), but I don't need them as I have already bought sandals in this colour.

I actually wouldn't rate the product at all. Didn't get what l asked for only thing is they are shoes. Wrong colour wrong style. Have had no feedback as what they are going to do to rectify the order

💃 I received the wedge heel shoes after a three-week delivery time, very well packaged and delivered consolidated in Austria. 💃 The model is available in a variety of sizes and in several colors. 💃 The size chart is not reliable, as a length measurement of 25.5cm is given for size 41. I usually wear size 40/41 with a foot length of 26.5cm and the shoe in size 41 is subtly too large for me.. The shoes are really hideous plastic material very rigid and tight, don't buy them because you throw away your money, plus if you want to return them they make a lot of problems, this is the usual fraud that all these foreign groups use to do.

The pumps are sensational, very soft and comfortable, I recommend them 😊 You need to look at the given sizes and rather choose one size larger than you normally wear.
