How to Change the Nozzle Diameter Remove the tail cap at the rear of the airbrush, loosen the needle stop screw, and remove the needle. Remove the tip of the airbrush, the needle cap, and the nozzle cap, and use a nozzle wrench to remove the nozzle. *The nozzle is a delicate part. Take care not to damage or strip the nozzle when removing it. Install the replacement nozzle. *Overtightening may cause damage. Tighten it with your fingers, not a wrench, until it stops moving. Then install the replacement needle cap and nozzle cap. Install the replacement needle. *Be careful not to insert it too far. Tighten the needle stop screw and install the tail cap to complete the replacement. Store replaced parts in the case to prevent loss or damage.
