2. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: The F40 was released in 1987 as a car to commemorate Ferrari's 40th anniversary. The F40 was the fastest car in the world at the time, and was the last car that founder Enzo Ferrari was involved in, so it became extremely popular. A total of 1,311 cars were produced, far exceeding the initial plan, and it boasted outstanding recognition even in Japan at the time.
