15g Soothing Ointment Description Indications: Joint pain, muscle aches and cramps, bruises, and sprains. Contraindications: Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not use  open wounds or acute suppurative skin inflammations. For children under 7 years old, mix with baby cream or other creams. Not for use by pregnant or breastfeeding women. Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, below 40°C. Shelf Life: 730 days. Composition: Menthol solution 8.0%, peppermint oil 10.9%,  oil 15.9%,  oil 1.5%, clove oil 2.0%, sandalwood oil 4.9%, ethyl salicylate 20.0%. Fillers: Petrolatum, emulsifying wax - up to 100 Instructions: Apply a thin layer of  Balm to the affected area and massage until absorbed. Apply 2-4 times daily. Before strength training and exercise, massage  Balm into your body to help prepare your muscles for exercise. Warm up your muscles by applying a small amount of  Balm and massaging it in five minutes before exercise. For headaches, apply a thin layer of  Balm to your temples and forehead up to three to four times daily. For rhinitis of various causes, apply  Balm to your temples, nose, and of the nose. For colds, apply  Balm (ideally at bedtime) to the  of your nose, neck, back, and chest.  Balm can also be used as an inhaler.
