Suggested Use: For infants 1-3 years of age, take one packet daily. For children 4 years of age and older, take up to two separate packets daily. It's recommended to start with half a packet and gradually increase to the recommended serving size over a few days. Mix the contents of one packet into at least 4-6 oz. This prebiotic powder can be added to liquids like milk, water, or your preferred beverage, and mixed into yogurt and other foods for a snack or meal.
