"Cities and Knights" is a popular expansion for the "Ultimate Catan" series. In this expansion, you can further develop your cities and turn them into castles through trade. While doing so will grant you various benefits, you must also hire knights to defend against the barbarian attacks that threaten Catan. Develop your cities? Strengthen your knights? Enjoy a variety of strategies in this truly ultimate version of Catan. "Settlers of Catan," which revolutionized the global board game industry, continues to expand and evolve with each expansion in the series. Currently available are the Navigator Edition, the 5-6 Player Expansion Edition, the Explorers and Pirates Edition, the Cities and Knights Edition, and the Merchants and Barbarians Edition. *The Cities and Knights Edition can also be played in conjunction with the Navigator Edition (see the instruction manual for details).
