1/80 scale 16.5mm/HO gauge painted finished product. Not equipped with the Quantum System. The prototype is the 15th series of cars deployed west of Hamamatsu before the ATS was installed. It is not equipped with signal pipes, but is equipped with a PS15 pantograph and an LA13 lightning arrester. Motor with flywheel. Headlight, taillight, and cab light LED lights (with ON/OFF switch)
