ICM 1/144 Scale Ilyushin IL-62M Long-Haul Passenger Aircraft Plastic Model

This was the Soviet Union's first four-engine long-range jet airliner, developed by the Ilyushin Design Bureau in 1963. It entered service in 1967, but poor fuel economy prevented it from achieving the originally anticipated range. Consequently, it was replaced with the Solovyov D-30 engine, resulting in the IL-62M. A total of 276 IL-62s were produced, and they were widely adopted in Communist countries at the time. Includes four decals. Selectable flight or parked positions.
