The buttons on the sides (the pillow is attached with buttons) tore off immediately. They are plastic and punched through the fabric, without any reinforcement. I had to sew the pillow firmly to the main bag and cut off the straps. The fabric on the bag was left with holes from the buttons. The design of the pillow is not well thought out: in my opinion, it would have been better to attach it with Velcro, or to fix it permanently to the body, I see no point in folding the pillow back.
