The package arrived a little late (a situation nevertheless compensated by a small discount) and the wait is fine with me as I am used to the shipping times. Furthermore, I appreciated the welcome gift of the Essential Revitalizing Balancer sample from The History of Whoo. However, the contents of the set were not exactly what was ordered in the photo: instead of the second small bottle of su:m37 Skin Saver Essential Pure Cleansing Water, I received the Time Energy Fresh Cleansing Foam. Since it is still a makeup remover, it is not a serious problem, but it would be correct to be notified before making substitutions.. The downside concerns the product's safety: the small bottle and the Whoo essence were completely without a tamper-evident seal. I sincerely hope these are not used or previously opened products.. I decide not to return it only because both the large 400 ml bottle and the Time Energy Fresh Cleansing Foam arrived correctly sealed and I don't want to complicate my life with the return shipping procedure. I trust the seller for this time, hoping that in the future there will be more attention to packaging and product seals.
