It was too small

The size came too small, I requested a refund, I took photos with the measurements, it was obvious the sizes were indicated incorrectly, they asked me to cut the product into 4, after I cut it they said the photo was taken in a program. They refused to refund my money, the product went to the trash and I was left with nothing. I proposed to send them that product by mail, they refused. Joom is the lowest platform. Shame on you.🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 Shameless!!!
