Applies to all coloring books (4 in this order) and water/watercolor paints (3 pkgs). See image A. Also refers to our email conversation that has been ongoing since November 18. I am very disappointed with the coloring books as the pages are glossy and have absolutely no ability to absorb water/pigment as a paper for water/watercolor paints must do. The coloring books are unusable. Picture A: The products I received Picture 1: I am coloring in one of the coloring books Picture 2: After a couple of minutes I can wipe off all the paint. Film 1: Here I drop water on the coloring book paper and the drops stay on the surface and can be wiped off after a few minutes. Completely dry after that. Film 2: Here I have painted and show how I wipe off the paint after a couple of minutes. Now we have sent over 25 emails in this matter between us, despite the fact that I have explained and sent several pictures. Now I hope that it will finally be resolved.. Greetings Åsa
