Today I used the protein balm for the first time. It's liquid in consistency, slightly thicker than milk, but the result is gorgeous. My hair is soft and shiny. I will order more. Rating five.

Didn't like the mask at all... no effect whatsoever.... even a simple hair conditioner softens better... gel consistency..
