[Storage Instructions for the Iron Plate After Use] We do not recommend washing with detergent. We recommend using the included scraper to remove any burnt or dirty surfaces, applying a thin layer of olive oil to the entire surface, and wrapping it in newspaper or similar before storing. Iron plates are prone to rust. By following the above care instructions, you can prevent rust and continue using it for a long time.
