This Japanese-made Yokkaichi Bankoyaki rice pot is made with the highest quality petalite (heat-resistant material). It features a double lid for deliciously cooked rice. (The pressure effect makes for delicious rice!) The soft heat transfer and high heat retention allow the heat to be distributed around the rice, resulting in fluffy, cooked rice. By slightly extending the time the heat is turned off, you can even create fragrant, burnt rice. Its low water absorption means it can be used to cook ingredients other than rice that may be prone to odor transfer, such as cream stew and meat and potato stew. It's also great for stews.

This earthenware pot features a distinctive chrysanthemum petal-shaped lid, combining functionality and design with eco-friendly, easy, and safe concepts. It features a double lid with an inner and outer lid. Its low water absorption means it can be used to cook ingredients other than rice that may be prone to odor transfer.
