This role-playing game is based on the popular anime "Inuyasha" by Rumiko Takahashi. Players take on the role of a high school student who travels back in time from the present to the Sengoku period, embarking on a journey with familiar characters Inuyasha and Kagome. It's an original story created specifically for the game.

The entire game is unified with anime-style graphics, and sound effects like birdsong and a babbling brook realistically recreate the world of Inuyasha. Players choose whether they're a boy or a girl at the start of the game, and then journey with Inuyasha and his companions to ultimately return to the present.
